What does my Order Status mean?

Here are the descriptions for some of our most common order statuses:

In verification process

Your transaction is flagged, and we will manually determine if your order needs extra documents for verification within 24 hours. If so, you will receive email notification of the flagged transaction and a request for a picture of your ID to verify your identity. 

You can cancel or edit the order option at this status on your Autonomous account, contact us for further support.

Order placed

The order is submitted, but we haven’t started processing it yet. You can cancel or edit the order option at this status on your Autonomous account. Refer to this article if you want to edit your order(s).

Order Confirmed

Your order has been placed successfully. A confirmation email including the estimated shipping date will be sent to you. Your order will be shipped out once stock is available.

Ready for pick up

We’re packing up the order and getting it ready for the carrier. It will be picked up by the carrier within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Shipped

The carrier has picked up your package and it’s on the way. The tracking number and order details of your shipment(s) will be updated on the tracking page. You will then receive the order within the shipping time frame based on your location:

  • 48 contiguous US states: 3 to 5 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 7 business days

  • Countries in European Union, Switzerland, and the UK: 7 to 9 business days

Delivered

The package has been delivered. A delivery confirmation email will then be sent to you on your receipt of the package(s). If you receive a delivery confirmation email without the package(s), please contact us at [email protected] for clarification.

Canceled

The order (or item) has been canceled. Please note that if we have to unexpectedly cancel your order, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
