Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure quick fulfillment of orders, the window for making changes, including cancellations, is very brief. Once an order is shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please contact us an email with your order number right away and we’ll see what we can do! Or, if you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try. We think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back within trial* using our Returns form.
You have the option to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it, as long as the status is "Order placed". By registering with the email used for the order, you can create an account to manage your orders.
Here's how:
1. Click on the "Sign in" button and log in with your email.
2. Navigate to the "Hello [your name]" button at the top and select "Your orders".
3. Locate your order and click on "See detail".
4. Choose "Cancel order" to cancel the entire order, or "Cancel item" to cancel a specific item.
Note: If you need to change an item’s color, size, or quantity, or your shipping selection or delivery address—simply cancel your original order and place a new one.
