My order and payment
I haven’t received a confirmation email.
Sometimes you might find that you still haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order due to the following reason(s).
- The email provided is misspelled
- The confirmation email is in your trash or spam folder
- The email receiving confirmation matches the one registered with the payment gateway but not the provided email
- Your order needs extra verification
If the issue is still not resolved, please Log in and Access the “Your orders” page, click on "See detail" and “Resend confirmation email” to the email address that is registered at checkout, or feel free to contact us for assistance.
