Can I request a vacation hold on my order?

Yes! Once your order status reaches "Order Placed", you can request a Vacation Hold on your order and reschedule the estimated shipping date following the step below:

Step 1: Open the Track Your Order page, input your email address and order number, then click "Track".

Step 2: Next to the estimated shipping date of each package, click "Change" and select your preferred shipping date in the calendar.  

Please note: The average delivery time is 3-7 business days from the shipping date shown on your order. When selecting your preferred shipping date, be sure to factor in the delivery time window.
