For any Autonomous WorkPod purchase, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any disputes that do not follow our Terms & Conditions at any time.

Trial & return policy

There is no trial policy for the WorkPod itself.

A 30-day trial applies to other Autonomous products included in the fully equipped WorkPod, such as SmartDesk Connect, ErgoChair Ultra, Filing Cabinet, Dual Monitor Arm, Anti-fatigue Mat, and Cable Tray. A full refund will be issued based on the current price of any of these products returned within 30 days.

Assembly

Assembly is NOT included with your WorkPod purchase. You hold full responsibility in assembling the WorkPod yourself. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the assembly process, please contact us at https://www.autonomous.ai/help-center

Warranty

Your WorkPod's 2 year warranty starts from the date of delivery.
