Can I reschedule delivery date?
Regrettably, the delivery date is contingent upon the carrier's schedule. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to arrange for your package to be rerouted to a nearby delivery center.
What are the differences between Autonomous Desk Eureka & Autonomous Desk Expanse?
The Standard frame (without top) has a height range of 28.3" - 47.5" is only compatible with Classic Top size and has a 5-year warranty.
The Extended frame (without top) has a wider height range of 25.4" - 51" and a longer, compatible with both Classic and XL tops, and has 7-year warranty. Both frames hold up to 300 lbs of weight.

Why was only part of my order delivered?
If you order is shipped in multiple packages, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
