Refund policy
We do not accept return and do not adhere to the “Trial & Return & Exchange Policy” offered by Autonomous - We will offer if all other procedure fail a new bulb or new charger to the customer if claim is received within 12 months of delivery - Return of the damaged bulb/charger will be require. Vendor does not accept returns or refund requests. All sales are finals. If a product arrives damaged, we can file a claim and propose replacement to the customer.
